What is Endodontic Treatment
Endodontics is a branch of dentistry that deals with the “inside” of the tooth: the dental pulp, root, nerves and surrounding tissue.
On your first visit, the reason for your referral will be discussed. A comprehensive examination of your tooth and the source of any discomfort or pain will be undertaken.
Pre and Post-Op Care
The most common endodontic procedure is root canal therapy. This is performed using a local anaesthetic.
Most medications will not interfere or cause any adverse interaction with the anaesthetic. If you have any specific concerns please contact your local physician or speak with our specialists.
